How it’s made · Embroidery
Stitched, not printed.
Embroidery is thread on fabric — the mark is sewn right into the garment rather than laid on top of it. We turn the Eagles art into a stitch file, load the thread colors, and let the machine lay each color down pass by pass. What you get is a raised, textured logo with real depth: the kind of finish you feel with your thumb and that reads as “made well” from across the gym.
Because the design is built from stitches, it holds up. There is nothing to peel, crack, or fade in the wash — a well-stitched crest looks the same in May as it did in September, through a full season of recess, practice, and the dryer. It’s our go-to for crewnecks, polos, jackets, and caps, anywhere you want the piece to feel like an heirloom instead of a giveaway.
