Transfer
How it’s made · Heat transfer
Bold color, clean detail.
Heat transfer prints the Eagles art onto a specialty film, then presses it into the fabric with heat and firm, even pressure. Where embroidery works in thread, transfer works in ink — so it can hold fine lines, small text, gradients, and bright full-color designs that thread simply can’t reproduce. The result is a smooth, lightweight finish that sits flush with the shirt.
It’s the right call when the design is detailed or colorful, when the garment is thin or stretchy, or when a team needs numbers and names done fast and consistent. Pressed correctly — the right time, temperature, and pressure — a good transfer stays put wash after wash. We reach for it on performance tees, athletic wear, and anything where crisp, colorful graphics matter more than raised texture.
