Holy Trinity Basketball · Player & Coach Shirts
Let's get the shirt size just right.
Holy Trinity Basketball is giving every player and coach a team shirt this season, at no additional cost to you. All we need is a size. It takes about a minute.
Pick a size
Youth and adult sizes are in the form below. Between two sizes? Go with the bigger one.
We add the name
Every player's shirt carries their name. We make the whole order in one batch.
Handed out by your coach
Finished shirts go to Holy Trinity Basketball, sorted by team, for coaches to pass out.
Tell us the size
This page works best from the link in your email. Each player and coach has their own link so the name is already filled in. No link handy? You can still fill out the form below.
Form not loading? Open it in a new tab
Two players?
You got one link per player. Fill out the form once for each. Coaching too? Your coach link is separate.
Name looks wrong?
Email hey@jakembroidery.com before Sunday, Oct 25 and we'll fix it before anything is made.
Your info
Your info is only used for this order. Want a heads-up when new spirit wear drops? Check the box on the form and we'll keep you posted.
